The title of this course is ‘più scrivi, più parli’, which means ‘the more you write, the more you speak’. The course aims to boost students’ productive skills. Students at beginners level will gain the tools and the confidence to speak Italian in a more fluent way. Students will be encouraged to organize their thoughts so that they can express themselves with ease and confidence in various communicative contexts. Throughout the course, students will develop learning strategies by writing short texts and using vocabulary in written activities before switching to oral practice and conversation. They will also be encouraged to reflect on the language.
This course provides a good dose of Italian language every week, focused on producing spoken and written texts.
Students need to have finished at least level A1.1 to join this course.

We use Più scrivo più parlo 1 in class. It is not necessary to buy the book but you can do so if you like to have your own copy.
