After watching the film, we will have small conversation activities to chat more about what we have seen and share discoveries and points of view, and, if possible, use the language you are learning with fellow students, teachers, and native speakers.
About the movie
In Madrid, real estate agent Julia discovers 300 million pesetas in the apartment of a dead man. The simplest thing would be to leave with the money, but it turns out quite challenging: the neighbours had been waiting for the man to die, so they could seize the money. And they’re not willing to share. This black comedy combines claustrophobic suspense with human tragedy, and a lot of twisted humour.
