Join Greek chef Anastasios in the Taalhuiskeuken and learn to make your own Greek dinner. By the end of the lessons you’ll have a delicious plate of food and an expanded Greek vocabulary!
On the menu:
Τζατζίκι και φάβα – tzatziki and fava (two famous dips)
Κρητικός ντάκος με ξινομυζήθρα ή φέτα – Cretan dakos rusk with sour cheese or feta cheese
Κολοκύθια γεμιστά με αυγολέμονο – stuffed zucchini with lemon sauce
During this 2,5 hour workshop, you will get your hands dirty while making your own Greek traditional dishes and Anastasios will give you many practical tips on cooking as well as insight in the Greek cuisine and culture. You’ll learn how to empty zucchini and stuff them and you’ll make the typical lemon sauce that goes so well with many Greek dishes.
When dinner is ready we’ll have a glass of Greek wine or tsipouro and set the table And then it’s time to taste these delicacies and chat more about the Greek culture, cuisine and language.
