Would you like to start speaking Farsi? In this summer immersion for beginners, you’ll learn how to introduce yourself and how to talk about who you are, where you’re from and what you do. You’ll practise simple dialogues and will also reinforce and practise the basics of reading and writing. You’ll learn the numbers and the difference between formal and informal language. The book ‘Persian in Use’ is used as a guideline, but your teacher will also bring other materials to class to inspire you to talk about a variety of topics.
This course covers the introduction chapter and chapter 1 of ‘Persian in Use’.
In order to join this course, you need to already know the letters. You can combine this course with our alphabet weekend (see under ‘Specials’)!
