Taalhuis Amsterdam is a house for languages located in the heart of Amsterdam, where you can learn Dutch, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Farsi, Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, French, Catalan, Latin and English from dedicated native speakers from all corners of the Mediterranean Sea (and the Netherlands of course!). At our beautiful school in De Pijp courses start throughout the year and you will find 13 spacious classrooms with an extensive program, lessons in small groups and a welcoming café with delicious coffee, a daily lunch buffet and a library. You can also find us just a mouse click away, in one of our online courses.

We also organize special courses, like book clubs, and cultural events, like film nights, intercambios and cooking classes. Every year travel to various destinations for a full language immersion and to bring into practice what you’ve learned in the classroom.

Our website is in English and Dutch. But of course you can always ask your questions στα Ελληνικά, en Français, in Italiano or one of the other Taalhuis languages!
