On 20 March Iranian new year, Nowruz, the most important festival of the year in Iran, is celebrated.

Would you like to set a Haftsin table and celebrate Nowrouz 1400 with us after celebrating with your family?
Join our special ONLINE event on Sunday 21 March from 19:00 to 21:00 and celebrate with your Taalhuis family!

Niloufar and Mehdi – our Farsi teachers – will introduce you to this millennia long tradition which more than 300 million people around the world celebrate every year.

If you sign up before Thursday March 11, you can also get a special Nowruz package consisting of the items traditionally put on the Haftsin table.
You can pick up the package on Saturday March 20 at the Taalhuis location on Muiderstraat 24 (1011 RC Amsterdam).

Tickets for participating in the event:

€15,-  for online participation only
€40,- for FULL package, including the Nowrouz Haftsin package (please select ‘invoice’ as payment method, or pay with iDEAL and we’ll send you an additional invoice for the package).
€30,- for only the Haftsin package (please place your order via info@taalhuisamsterdam and we’ll send you the invoice)
