Seda Kantaroglu teaches Turkish at Taalhuis Amsterdam. As a bilingual speech-language pathologist, she has always been fascinated by both language use and the process of language acquisition.
Seda is originally from Cyprus, where her family still lives. She left her island life to study in the United States. After completing her studies, Seda worked for twelve years in Istanbul as a speech-language pathologist. During this time, she gained extensive experience providing speech therapy to children and adults, in both Turkish and English.
While living in Istanbul, she met her husband, and together they have a son. In December 2023, the family relocated to Amsterdam. Seda continues to work as a speech-language pathologist, she teaches at Taalhuis to explore new ways of applying her language skills.
