Taalhuis Amsterdam is proud to support the first edition of Frastuono, a festival born from the vision and dedication of our Italian teacher, Luca. Since moving to the Netherlands in 2019, Luca has dreamed of showcasing Italy’s vibrant alternative and
experimental music scene, challenging the clichés often tied to Italian music.
The festival will take place on 13 March 2025 at OCCII and offers a fresh perspective on Italian music, bringing authentic and innovative sounds to an international stage. AKF has supported the initiative, and Taalhuis Amsterdam is excited to be part of it.
At Taalhuis Amsterdam, we believe in building cultural bridges, and Frastuono is a perfect example of how music and art can foster deeper connections. Alongside the music, our teacher Pierfrancesco Gava will present an inspiring art installation, adding a visual layer to the festival’s creative atmosphere.

In addition to live performances, Frastuono will feature a commissioned work by Italian teacher ánd artist Pierfrancesco Gava, created exclusively for this event. This piece will reflect the festival’s themes of cultural exchange, experimentation, and inclusivity.
