‘Bones! Com va això?’ With nearly 10 million speakers, Catalan isn’t just spoken in Catalonia. Fourty percent of the Valencian community speak Catalan (though there it’s called ‘Valencian’), 73% of those in the Balearic Islands, and 34% of Andorra (where it’s the only official language). Even six percent of people living in the Languedoc-Rousillon area of France speak the language. So there are plenty of places where it would be helpful to speak ‘una mica de català’!
We teach in small groups, our teachers are native speakers and speak as much Catalan as possible during the lessons, and so will you! You’ll also get to know the Catalan culture through music, movies, news and other materials provided by your teacher. ‘Fins aviat!’
If you’re a beginner you can start with the course for level A1.1. We also offer private lessons all the way up to level C1.
