Dorna teaches Farsi at Taalhuis Amsterdam. She is a passionate, multilingual, and endlessly curious language teacher. She has roots in Iran, and a heart spread across five countries she has called home. Dorna has over a decade of experience in teaching English as a second language, and a deep love for Persian culture. Drawing on that background, she now shares her mother tongue – hoping to invite others to discover the richness of the Persian language and culture, while also staying connected to her home country herself.

Outside the classroom, Dorna finds inspiration in long walks, photography, painting, and the quiet magic of everyday moments. This energy flows into her teaching, making each lesson a space to explore, express, and grow.
