Yüsra teaches Turkish at Taalhuis Amsterdam. She studied Linguistics in Istanbul and completed a master’s degree in Linguistics at Leiden University, specializing in language processing and cognition.

Yüsra has always been passionate about learning and teaching languages. In addition to her native language, Turkish, she speaks English and French, and is currently learning Dutch and Greek. Through her teaching experience, she has come to see teaching as a creative process that fosters empathy and encourages thinking outside the box. Her favorite part of teaching is learning from her students.
