Join Rocío in our Taalhuis kitchen today and learn how to prepare a real Spanish home dish, Potaje. Today we will cook Potaje (a Spanish winter soup with beans). The appetizer will be Pintxos de patata con alioli.
During this 2,5 hour workshop you will learn the secrets of making home food. And you’ll of course learn the necessary cooking vocabulary in Spanish while you’re on the job.
When dinner is ready we’ll open the wine bottles and set the table and enjoy this Spanish dinner while we speak as much Spanish as possible!
