Join us on a linguistic and culinary trip and learn how to make struffoli! Our Italian teacher Roberta will show you how to make this dish of deep fried balls of sweet dough, that’s often served around Christmas in southern Italy. By the end of the workshop, you will not just have prepared something you can use to impress your family at the Christmas table, but you will also have learned a lot of new Italian vocabulary.
This workshop takes place on 9 December (19:30-21:30) via Zoom, and a minimum level of A2 is required. Make sure you have all the necessary ingredients at home before it starts.
