Judith Cyrus
For chef Judith Cyrus cooking and eating are an important part of her daily life. She grew up in a Surinamese family in Noord-Holland, with Pom, bakkeljouw and Moksi-alesie but also oysters, asparagus and a good glass of wine. She combines cooking and eating with around the table talks. Judith has written two cookbooks, has a weekly column in newspaper Trouw and can be heard irregularly on the radio as a friend of Villa VdB.
