Would you like to start learning Hebrew (Ivrit)? In this course you’ll learn the language as it is currently spoken today. You will learn the Hebrew letters (א-ת), as well as some foundational vocabulary, grammar and conversational skills. By the end of the course, you will be able to write simple words, introduce yourself and to ask and answer simple questions. For this beginners course, no previous knowledge of Hebrew is required, although it’s recommended to already know the letters. You can combine this Hebrew A1.1 summer immersion with one of the alphabet weekends!

This course covers chapter Alef-beit (chapter 1) of ‘First and foremost, Hebrew for beginners’.

In the summer immersion week, you’ll have daily classes from 10:00-11:30 and from 11:45-13:15. On Friday afternoon, you’ll go for a Hebrew lunch with your teacher to practise ordering food and chat in Hebrew outside the classroom.

During this immersive course, you will be processing a lot of information in a short amount of time. That’s why we offer the opportunity to add one or more private lessons to your group course in the afternoons (same week) for a reduced fee of €60/hour.
