Italian languages: About spoken languages

About spoken languages – Italian languages

Dr. Mauro Scorretti has worked as a linguist at the University of Amsterdam for many years, specializing in syntax and phonology of the Italian ‘dialects’. They are not actually variants of the national language, but real separate languages, the local languages of Italy. And that’s exactly the topic of this lecture.

Speaker: Mauro Scoretti
Moderator: Diederik Burgersdijk/Lieke Rademakers

This lecture is in Dutch, and will take place on 14 April 2023, at Muiderstraat 24. You can register below.

If you’re a (higher education) student, the ticket price is only 5 euros. Register by sending an email to info@taalhuisamsterdam.nl
