Fabiola joined Taalhuis Amsterdam in 2019 and teaches Italian. She is also a professor in Latin literature and language. Her thesis, with the title ‘La presenza dei classici nella poesia di E. Andriuoli’, was published in 2010 by Le Mani Microart’s Edizioni.

After teaching Italian Literature and Latin Literature in Siena, she moved to the Netherlands for love. Her favourite Dutch word is ‘hamsteren’, also because her kitchen cupboards are always full of food. Fabiola loves cooking and she uses every meal as an opportunity to experiment with new recipes while drinking a good glass of wine!
