Martijn Stoll - Taalhuis Amsterdam

Martijn Stoll

Despite his typically Dutch name, Martijn grew up in the south of France, where he studied Art History, Archaeology, English, and German at the University of Bordeaux. He moved to the Netherlands in 2019, completed his studies in Amsterdam, and began teaching at Dutch high schools. While his primary focus is on educating children, he also enjoys sharing his passion for French culture with people of all ages—especially those interested in French history and art.

Since 2022, Martijn has been teaching French as a Heritage Language in various cities, having first researched the specific needs of this group at the University of Amsterdam. He has been continuously refining his methods to enhance the French language skills of children with a French background living in the Netherlands.
