Yoran has been a Dutch teacher at Taalhuis Amsterdam since 2020, and he creates content for the website and social platforms. He writes blogs for Taalhuis for example, like about the many loanwords that rücksichtslos found their way into the Dutch vocabulaire, and manages the Instagram account Taalhuis Dutch. Yoran likes to play football, has a Cinevillepas and a Museumjaarkaart and collects idioms that have to do with cats and bags in different languages. (He already has: ‘The cat’s out of the bag’, ‘Een kat in de zak kopen’ and ‘Non dire gatto se non ce l’hai nel sacco’.)
