Let’s make focaccia!
In this edition of Taalkeuken Marzia will share the secrets behind two types of focaccia: Focaccia Pugliese and Focaccia Sfincione (traditional focaccia from Palermo). You will learn how to make the perfect dough, and how to season the focaccia’s!
And since we’re making focaccia from Palermo, we’ll also grab the opportunity tell you something about our upcoming Palermo trip! We will give you information about the trip and you can ask any questions you might have.
Of course, the cooking class will include lots of useful Italian vocabulary ánd…a glass of Aperol, Peroni or Negroni 🍹
