Do you already have a solid knowledge of the vocabulary and grammar of the Levantine dialect and do you know how to read and write the Arabic alphabet? Would you like to practise speaking without studying new structures and verb tenses? In this B1+ course you’ll put into practice what you’ve learnt and will work on using vocabulary and grammar in an engaging and active way. This course consists of a lot of pair and group work to ensure that each student has maximum speaking time. You will simulate different kinds of situations you might encounter in Arabic speaking society and you’ll discuss a variety of topics!

There are two short conversation courses each trimester that can be followed separately and/or in random order.

In part 1 of this course the topics are: identity, health & lifestyle, travelling, work and education.
In part 2 of this course the topics are: language, environment, relationships, money, art and future dreams.

This short conversation course requires an (almost) finished B1 level or higher. You’ll get suggestions and tips for things to do at home, but you can follow this course without doing any homework.
